MailQuickFile is an Outlook add-on that helps you organize your emails with a single mouse click.
You receive more 20 emails a day! You file them in more than 20 folders! Then MailQuickFile is the email assistant you need.
Each time you select an email, the MailQuickFile toolbar suggests the most likely folder for that message. A single mouse click, and the message is moved into the right folder.
MailQuickFile is absolutely risk-free, as it does not move message. It just suggests the most likely folder.
MailQuickFile is easy to install and very easy to use. You have nothing to do, nothing to configure, no complex and sometimes conflicting rules to setup. Just install MailQuickFile, and that's it. It's ready to help you organize all your emails as they arrive.
